How To Deal With Insomnia

Step 1:  Get up

Step 2:  Take 1/2 sleeping pill

Step 3:  Watch boring TV until you feel sleepy

Step 4:  Write about it before the pill kicks in and you end up saying weird things 

Step 5:  go back to bed

If that doesn’t work, repeat.  Except for step 2.  Don’t keep doing that.  

Nighty night. Or not.
